About this form
ULS technology manages panels of solicitors and licenced conveyancers on behalf of a number of lenders.
In order to be considered for membership of any of these panels, you must provide the information required in this form, and upload supporting documents (PI certificate; most recent PI proposal form; practising certificates for all partners; redacted client account statement).
When you submit the completed form you will receive a confirmation of receipt and a reference number which you should keep.
When the assessment and verification process is complete, ULS will then contact you to inform you of the lender panels you have been accepted on to and provide the terms and conditions for that lender.
Applicants who wish to join the ULS Legal Services Panel to receive conveyancing instructions through our eConveyancer system, and other systems we operate will be given the option to complete additional details after submission of the main form.
